H. Beam Piper grave site

  Visit to the H. Beam Piper grave site in Altoona, Pennsylvania October 2022. Located in Fairview Cemetery, plot M120. It's very hard to find without directions as it's a large, hilly cemetery covering many acres. However, following simple directions, you can find Beam's marker quickly. As you come into the main gate on Willow Ave (which is directly behind UPMC Hospital), walk right along the fence to the corner and there it is. Exactly at the corner of Willow and 5th St. Below are several different views and a map to help orient where the maker is. Behind marker, looking toward UPMC Looking toward 5th St. I'll clean up these pics more later, Blog Spot is terrible at aligning pics. Grounds keeper helped me to find the marker.
